There are 4 types of Schwinn cycling classes:

Intro class: An intro into studio cycling. Focuses on bike set-up, cycling technique and gives you a taste of what is to come.

LEE (Low End Endurance): The ‘Fat Burner’, a lower intensity class ideal for weight loss, beginners or those who are recovering from stressful training.

HEE (High End Endurance): A higher intensity class designed to increase your CV fitness and burn those calories.

Hill: An intermediate class that will work those legs, burn loads of calories and increase your fitness
