ABOUT GREG
Intro
I started training when I was 15 years old and have spent my life both in the gym and out in the country running, cycling, and swimming.
I have spent over a decade working in the armed forces and Fire-brigade and I’m currently a full-time fire fighter based in Hertfordshire. During this time, I have upheld my fitness to the highest standard and have helped friends and colleagues to do the same. I have built up a huge amount of knowledge in many avenues of fitness and training. Last year I decided to try and put this knowledge into action and help even more people through personal training and coaching.
I am incredibly empathetic to everyone’s needs and understand the constraints of modern life that may be emplace that can hinder people’s fitness goals. I have a wide range of clients already from all walks of life and tailor training to their individual needs. So, if your goal is to train for your first iron man or to just gain some gym confidence I am here to help.
I put a huge emphasis on the mental health benefits of training and staying fit, healthy body, healthy mind. I believe that targeted goals are the best to get a client the results they want.
I promote a healthy approach to eating for both weight loss and weight gain. All of my training is specialised and structured to the client’s individual needs.
